Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location and friendly service, with several mentioning positive experiences with the front desk staff and ease of check-in. However, many reviews expressed concerns about safety due to loitering and the presence of homeless individuals, as well as frequent noise disturbances that affected sleep quality. Cleanliness was also a recurring issue, with some guests reporting dirty rooms and outdated facilities. While some guests enjoyed the pool and found the rooms comfortable, negative experiences with noise, safety, and cleanliness were common.
