Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the staff for their helpfulness, politeness, and efficiency, making the service a standout feature of the resort. The ambience and general feel of the property are also appreciated by many. However, there are repeated complaints about the quality and variety of food, particularly breakfast, and some guests found the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms lacking. The location is convenient for safari access, but the approach road and remoteness are noted drawbacks. Overall, while the service and atmosphere are highlights, improvements in food and cleanliness are needed.
