Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by nature, as well as the spacious rooms and delicious, varied breakfast. Many appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and proximity to hiking trails. However, opinions on cleanliness and service were mixed, with some guests reporting issues with room cleaning, staff attentiveness, and maintenance. While several reviews highlighted friendly staff and good service, others experienced unresponsiveness or poor service. Overall, the location and breakfast were standout positives, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and service consistency.
