Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's prime location near the airport, making it ideal for short stays or layovers. Many also compliment the friendly and helpful service from staff. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, particularly with bedding and towels, and note that the bathrooms are small, uncomfortable, or in need of renovation. Some guests also experienced noise and a lack of amenities like a fridge or breakfast.
