Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to public transportation and Avenida Paulista. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the bathrooms, which were often described as small, lacking proper separation for the shower, and in need of renovation. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of insufficient cleaning and worn linens. Some guests found the beds comfortable, but overall, the positives centered on location and staff service.
