Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially for those with commitments at USP or in the nearby area. Many found the value for price to be good, especially for solo travelers or those seeking a simple stay. However, several reviews mention issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff and problems during check-in or payment. Cleanliness is another concern, with some guests reporting unpleasant odors, dirty linens, and unsatisfactory housekeeping. Bed comfort is frequently criticized, with mentions of hard or uncomfortable mattresses and issues with bed arrangements. Overall, while the location and value are strong positives, service, cleanliness, and bed comfort need improvement.
