Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to shopping centers and convenient for business or leisure. However, reviews were mixed or negative regarding breakfast, with several guests noting limited variety, cold or poor-quality items, and lack of replenishment. Service was frequently criticized, especially at reception and during breakfast, with reports of unhelpful or inattentive staff, though a few staff members were highlighted positively. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though some guests mentioned issues with towels, bathroom maintenance, and occasional pests. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in service, breakfast, and maintenance are needed.
