Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's outdated facilities, poor cleanliness, and unhelpful service, with several complaints about room conditions, noise, and lack of maintenance. However, some guests highlighted the central location, friendly staff, and occasional positive experiences with breakfast and room size. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but the location and some aspects of service were appreciated.

Pros (+) The price
Cons (-) Room was not clean. Pillow smelled like someone's perfume. Had to pay 200 pesos for tv remote that never worked. Noisy hallways. Chicken for dinner was dry like cardboard. Switched to Weston hotel next day. What a difference for a few more dollars.
