Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Several reviews highlight the spaciousness of the rooms as a positive aspect. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the breakfast, citing limited options and poor quality. Service issues are frequently mentioned, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff, lack of communication, and, in one case, a serious security concern. Cleanliness is also a recurring issue, with some rooms and bathrooms described as not well maintained. Overall, while the location and room size are appreciated, improvements are needed in breakfast, service, and cleanliness.
