Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were also frequently highlighted. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, outdated furniture, and bathrooms in need of maintenance. Some guests also noted problems with heating, air conditioning, and noise. Overall, while the location and service were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness and facilities.
