Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful service, and good cleanliness. Many appreciated the proximity to the beach, comfortable rooms, and positive staff interactions. However, several reviews mention dissatisfaction with the pool size, repetitive or limited food options, and issues with breakfast. Some guests also noted extra charges for amenities and occasional lapses in room cleaning or towel changes. Overall, the hotel's strengths are its location, service, and general cleanliness, but improvements could be made in food variety and pool facilities.
