Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the beach and attractions, as well as the spacious and clean rooms. Many appreciated the stylish decor and modern amenities. However, there were frequent complaints about inconsistent or unfriendly service, issues at the front desk, and problems with billing or reservations. The pool area received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others noting maintenance or overcrowding issues. Overall, while the property itself and its location were highly rated, service shortcomings affected the overall experience for many guests.

Cons (-) There was a weird smell, akin to a cheap casino, throughout the hotel for the duration of our stay. Other than that it was fine.

Pros (+) Location is great though not right on the beach—one block away. Staff was great and tried hard to please.
Cons (-) Entire hotel needs serious updating. Renovation long overdue. Position of pool limits ability to get sun (blocked by buildings).

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Cons (-) Property, decor, food & beverga and amenities are in need of a serious renovation. This is currently far from many other JW Marriott luxe experiences I have had.
