Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a generally good location and some comfortable beds. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service also receives criticism, including unreturned lost items, unfriendly staff, and reservation problems. Breakfast and bed comfort receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed. Overall, while the location and some beds are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.

Wonderful
Rommel, Jan 2018
Pros (+) We love how the front desk staff responded to our phone inquiry shortly after we booked through Kayak, as well as when we checked in and asked for coffee shop recommendation. We eventually got the best coffee shop we wanted to see in Santa Fe! We stopped by for a night while heading to another State and it was a very satisfying rest with La Quinta Inn.

Morgan, Jul 2017
Cons (-) We had two adjoining rooms, and when we arrived one smelled like anchovies mixed with vomit. The staff on hand tried to accommodate, but the carpet cleaner wasn't working. Ended up discounting room. Also, no extra pillows to be had.
