Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and the friendliness of the staff. Many reviews mention that the rooms and common areas are generally clean, though there are some complaints about inconsistent cleanliness and dated facilities. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others reporting issues. The main negative aspect is the lack of air conditioning and outdated amenities, which several guests found inconvenient, especially during hot weather.
