Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests often praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, noting that rooms were generally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, many reviews expressed frustration with the virtual or kiosk-based check-in process and the lack of on-site staff, which led to difficulties in resolving issues. Some guests also mentioned unreliable WiFi and occasional noise disturbances, but overall, the value for price and room amenities were appreciated by many.
