Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, attentive and friendly staff, and charming atmosphere with beautiful gardens and quaint decor. Many enjoyed the outdoor spaces, wine receptions, and peaceful ambiance. However, some guests noted issues with parking availability, dated rooms, noise from thin walls, and a limited or unimpressive breakfast. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding, with a few complaints about specific incidents. Overall, the positive aspects of the location and service stood out most.

Wonderful
Anonymous, Dec 2016
Pros (+) Perfect match for grown-ups on State Street in Austin. Victorian, main house w/ reception & restaurant, rooms in separate buildings, but faithful, older victorian buildings. Tall rooms, updated baths. Slept in, so it must have been good..
Cons (-) I liked most everything.
