Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. The proximity to highways and the airport is appreciated, and many found the rooms to be clean and pleasant. However, noise issues—such as loud neighbors, door slamming, and insufficient soundproofing—are a common complaint. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff members described as friendly and others as unhelpful or lacking courtesy.
