Guests say
Guests consistently praised the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as the general cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, the pool was a major point of dissatisfaction, with numerous complaints about poor maintenance, cleanliness, and safety hazards. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and attentive, while others reported unhelpful or rude behavior. Overall, while the hotel offers comfortable accommodations and a good breakfast, improvements are needed in pool maintenance and some aspects of service.
