Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location and views, as well as the quality of the breakfast and the helpfulness of some staff members. However, there were mixed experiences with service, with some guests reporting unhelpful or unfriendly staff, and a few serious complaints about security and theft. Cleanliness was generally positive but not without exceptions, and several guests found the rooms to be smaller than expected. Despite some negatives, the overall atmosphere and amenities, such as the pool and shuttle service, were appreciated by many.
