Loved being directly on the beach. Beach combing for shells was a lot of fun. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. It’s an older renovated hotel. Pros (+) I actually picked on line because it had tile floored rooms available, but was pleasantly surprised for more than one reason. The price was excellent, actually the cleanest place I've stayed so far in Sanibel, lovely grounds - enjoyed lounging and reading in the hammock under the palms, and very short walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful also. I'd definitely stay here again.
