Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests repeatedly praised the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, and several reviews noted that the breakfast was good with plenty of options. The location was also highlighted as convenient by multiple guests. However, many reviews expressed serious concerns about cleanliness, with frequent mentions of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained common areas. Safety and security issues were also raised, including unsecured doors and uncomfortable situations in public spaces. While some guests found the value and room size acceptable, the negative aspects of cleanliness and safety were significant drawbacks for many.

Wonderful
Jennifer, Jan 2017
Pros (+) I stay in this hotel when I have a very early morning flight (I live an hour from Richmond). The hotel is older, but well maintained and updated. The room has a refrigerator and plenty of outlets for laptops and phones. There is an exercise room and the breakfast layout was extensive. Staff are friendly and efficient.
