Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's location, cleanliness, and attractive pool and garden areas. Many found the decor appealing and the atmosphere pleasant. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds, noise from the road, and occasional lapses in service, such as slow responses or missing amenities. The pool was often mentioned, with some guests enjoying it and others finding the water too cold. Overall, the hotel is seen as visually appealing and well-located, but with room for improvement in comfort and service consistency.
