Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and appreciate the spacious rooms and some aspects of cleanliness. However, many express disappointment with the cold temperature of the pool, slow or inattentive service, and issues with room maintenance. While some guests highlight friendly staff and beautiful gardens, others mention problems with amenities, outdated facilities, and extra charges for parking or pets. Overall, the hotel has strengths in location and room size, but service and pool experience need improvement.
