Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Many appreciate the variety and quality of the food, especially at breakfast and in the buffet. However, there are repeated complaints about maintenance issues with the pools, lack of clear information about extra charges and all-inclusive limitations, and occasional dissatisfaction with entertainment and amenities. Despite some negative experiences, the positive service and food quality stand out.
