Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, and some found the breakfast and room size to be satisfactory. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, presence of pests, and poor maintenance. Service also received criticism, with reports of unhelpful staff, unresolved complaints, and even lost or stolen items. While a few guests appreciated friendly staff and comfortable beds, the overall impression was marred by negative experiences related to cleanliness and service.
