Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The breakfast is also frequently highlighted as generous and enjoyable, with healthy options and attentive staff. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, noting issues such as dirty carpets, worn furniture, and insufficient housekeeping. Service is another area of concern, with reports of unresponsive staff and problems during check-in. Parking is limited and can be problematic, especially for late arrivals. Overall, while the location and breakfast stand out positively, improvements in cleanliness, service, and parking are needed.
