Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its outstanding service, with many highlighting the warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff, particularly Francesca and her family. The breakfast consistently received rave reviews for its variety, quality, and homemade products. Cleanliness was another strong point, with rooms and facilities described as spotless and well-maintained. A few minor negatives were mentioned, such as occasional noise, intrusive cleaning, and firm mattresses, but these did not detract from the overall highly positive experience.
