Pros (+) We enjoyed the proximity to Old San Juan and the friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and the WIFI worked well even after the hurricane when not many working WiFi signals could be found. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and the gym. Zen Spa was also great, relaxing and the therapists very helpful.
Cons (-) However we were overcharged a small amount by Zen Spa and it’s been over a week since our stay and we haven’t been reimbursed for the mistake by the Zen Spa staff. It’s looking like we will have to go there again personally to take care of the problem.

Pros (+) I think the staff was very friendly and helpful. The guys who work at the pool bar and the breakfast staff who works in the cafe. However I would say the front desk staff was my favorite. Thank you so much for making my vacation one of the best vacation ever!

Pros (+) I loved the Club Lounge. The breakfast was superb. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The food was very expensive and to be honest, the yellow walls reminded me of a high school (and not the good kind).

Pros (+) Hotel is clean and friendly staff
Cons (-) Location isn't the best taxi to old San Juan was about 15.00 dollars each way. No restaurants nearby so you have to get a taxicab and can become costly.
