Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning views, excellent location, and some friendly staff members. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, slow or unhelpful responses from staff, and issues with cleanliness in rooms and amenities. Many guests found the facilities and rooms outdated, with several maintenance problems reported. While some enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the pool, others found the beds uncomfortable and noted a lack of basic amenities. Overall, the positive aspects were the location, views, and occasional standout staff, but service and upkeep need improvement.
