Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and attentive service, and delicious breakfast. Several reviews highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms and the amenities such as the gym and pool. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance issues, particularly with bathrooms and air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, many guests found the hotel suitable for business or leisure stays, especially for its proximity to the airport.

Cons (-) We showed up at the hotel only to find it was closed due some government tax issue. They did not call us to let us know in advance. They did however shuttle us to another lower end hotel ( which was comfortable enough) that did not have casino, spa or nice pools.

Pros (+) Nice fitness center.
Cons (-) A/C wasn't working. It was also dripping water during my whole stay. Room smelled like mold. Safe and coffee maker weren't working either.

Pros (+) After seeing my room, I was expecting the rest of the hotel to be run-down and in disrepair. I was happy that the breakfast buffet was good, and offered good selections, and everything there looked and 'felt' clean. Proximity to airport and free shuttle were plusses.
Cons (-) I had a one-night stay in advance of my flight from the airport. So, I chose this hotel for proximity to airport and the free shuttle. The room was run-down. Not at all what I expected given the reviews. The bathtub had broken tiles; the bathroom floor had broken tiles and long stray hairs. All of that, of course, makes for an uncomfortable stay because one is constantly wondering about whether th...

Pros (+) I like that the hotel provides transportation to/from the airport. Also the breakfast good variety. The staff was great ( the bell people) as well as the system technician I had an issue with my phone and he took his time to help me.
Cons (-) I didn't like the condition of my room. I didn't mind the tower I had didn't have an elevator. But the rooms need an upgrade. When I got to my room the light didn't work so I used the lamp. The bathroom was in bad condition the tiles on the bathtub were cracked and missing the tub had a yellowish color. When I took a shower the water didn't drain right away so it was gross. The ceiling and floor o...
