Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and events. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. The staff, especially certain individuals, were noted for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, several guests were disappointed by high parking fees and felt that this information was not clearly communicated in advance. Other negatives included occasional noise, small room sizes, and some issues with cleanliness or amenities, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel was awesome. Right in the center of the downtown area. The staff, especially Tim S. was amazing, friendly, checked me in early, gave me star treatment, the room had a great view, was clean, nice amenities.
Cons (-) Was a bit old. The hallway carpet was old and dirty as was the room carpet. I didn't park there b/c the lot was more expensive than down the street.
