Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for visits to the nearby sanctuary, and appreciate the friendly and helpful service from staff. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness concerns in rooms and public areas, with several guests describing inadequate cleaning and unpleasant odors. The pool is frequently mentioned as too small or poorly maintained for the hotel's capacity. While some guests find the rooms spacious and comfortable, others mention issues with room size and bathroom facilities. Overall, the positive atmosphere and staff service are strong points, but cleanliness and pool maintenance need improvement.
