Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, noting its proximity to attractions and convenience. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, presence of insects, and lack of regular housekeeping. Service is frequently described as unhelpful or even rude, with some staff members singled out for poor behavior. The comfort of the beds is also criticized, with several guests mentioning old or uncomfortable mattresses. Additionally, the elevator is often reported as out of order, causing inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage or children. Overall, while the location is a major positive, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, service, bed comfort, and elevator reliability.

Got initially second blanket -almost slept well and then W/3rd blanket slept better. Wall heater nonfunction...
