Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. Many also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed with the limited and basic breakfast options, as well as the very limited parking availability, which was often difficult to secure. Some guests also reported issues with customer service, including unhelpful staff and problems with amenities not being as advertised. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were highlights, parking, breakfast, and service left room for improvement.

Cons (-) the room smelled like mold, there was no screen on the window and the pillows were no normal flat pillows and the milk for the breakfast was in a dirty picture, there was dry milk on the outside of it with a ring around it as if theyve never cleaned it

Pros (+) The hotel was a very comfortable, accessible, affordable. The fact that they had a parking garage was really convenient for us. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Before we checked out the maids had already open the door to be ready to clean, we had left a charger and a few bathroom items to come back for. But I think you should wait till the room is checked out, it was only 11:30 am.
