Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and convenient access to public transport and city attractions. Some guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and appreciated the value for price. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including booking problems, rude or unhelpful staff, and safety concerns. Cleanliness is a recurring problem, with mentions of dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and occasional pests. Noise levels are also a frequent complaint, with thin walls and street noise disrupting sleep. While some guests found the price reasonable, others felt it was not justified given the condition and service provided.

Very good
Tommy, Jul 2023
There was nothing bad but nothing exceptional other than the staff. It’s an older property and a bit rustic but that’s the charm. Great location and the staff was absolutely wonderful, good value as well. Just know it’s not a luxury hotel and it can be a bit noisy.
