My husband and I had a lovely time it was my birthday and the walking distance mad everything perfect . Our son was a Yeoman Seaman Apprentice in the USS Dolphin in the Maritime Museum and we felt so close to him, he passed away . where we were disappointed was the 50 dollar a day fee for parking , if we are staying in your hotel and it was self parking not even valet parking we feel it is unfair ...

Old facilities, dirty room upon arrival with trash left on the floor and a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. Everything was old, dirty, and used. Charged extra fees the morning of check out even though at check in they said "everything is paid for." Would not recommend or stay here again.

Pros (+) I loved how green they are, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of channels on the tv, breakfast/room service, got to check in 3 hours before.
Cons (-) The ice machine was out of order our entire stay. The parking meter was not working our entire stay. Balconies are a bit close to each other but you learn to look past it.

Pros (+) The view of the bay was phenomenal!
Cons (-) The hotel room was very underwhelming for the price point. The bathrooms were outdated and not the cleanest. We had asked the cleaning staff to come back later on our first day and they didn’t until our 3rd day being there, which was rather disappointing. The outdoor pool is beautiful, but isn’t heated so that was another let down.

Pros (+) Location location and great view of the bay! Close to lots of great eating places like Little Italy and the train station and bike rentals. Across the Maritime museum and Midway Museum. Comfy beds, clean roomy accomodations with great water pressure. Claim Jumpers at lobby and Ruth Chris Steakhouse next door are pluses.
Cons (-) Dated but not necessarily bad. Heater wasn’t quite kicking in, tv station choices are limited and WiFi was intermittent and iffy sometimes.

Cons (-) They gave my room away and downgraded me to a queen. My room was on the first floor facing the kitchen back door entrance. There was no mini fridge in my room.
