Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests found the location convenient and appreciated the comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of pests, musty smells, and dirty rooms. Service was inconsistent, with some positive remarks about friendly staff but several negative experiences with rude or unhelpful employees. Parking was also a common issue, with extra charges and security concerns. Overall, while the hotel offers good proximity to local attractions, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and parking.

The stay was okay overall. Pros: Receptionist(Frank) was nice and helpful. The rooms and beds were clean with working appliances. Quiet and peaceful place, had a Panera right next to it for having a quick breakfast. Cons: Parking costs you $20/day. Wish they replaced the towels during housekeeping without having to separately ask for it. The gate fob stopped working after a day. And finally, also ...

Pros (+) The staff reimbursed me right away for the awful situation they put us in.
Cons (-) Nats in room and bugs, large dog barking next door, other tenants that asked to switch rooms from this one still had their stuff in the room and there were used towels on the bed. We left immediately and asked for our money back.

Cons (-) Very noisy, our room was on the first floor and come morning time we could here everything going on out side. All the house keeping carts going back and fourth, bouncing over the seams in the concrete, voices, and guests packing their cars. All that made it impossible to sleep. The room otherwise was clean, and recently remodeled to look nice.

Pros (+) Clean and a comfy bed.
Cons (-) The curtian was SUPER thin and we had the ground floor room next to the jce machine. I had to pin up sheets to prevent passerbyers to see us laying on the bed.
