Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and housekeeping, reporting dirty rooms, worn furniture, and inconsistent cleaning services. Service quality was also a common concern, with several guests citing unresponsive or inattentive staff. However, some guests highlighted positives such as a good breakfast, spacious rooms, and a convenient location. A few reviews also mentioned friendly staff and useful amenities, though these were less frequently noted. Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities, the hotel struggles with cleanliness and service.

Liked: staff takes COVID-19 precautions seriously. Food is provided in cartons. Could have been better: advised this location was pet friendly. Too many pets at location. Dogs barked at my kids which scared them.

Cons (-) The floors are TOO THIN!! I could hear footsteps above me when they woke up and were moving about. That NEVER SHOULD HAPPEN IN A HOTEL!!!
