Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff, noting easy access to city attractions and helpful service. However, noise is a major problem, with many guests reporting loud music from nearby bars, thin walls, and disturbances late into the night, making restful sleep difficult. Cleanliness and bathroom facilities receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable, while others mention issues like dampness, lack of hot water, or insufficient cleaning. Overall, while the hotel excels in location and service, improvements in soundproofing and bathroom maintenance are needed.
