Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning issues such as bedbugs, dust, and general lack of hygiene. The bathrooms are also a common source of dissatisfaction, with problems like lack of supplies, small or uncomfortable spaces, and maintenance issues. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable or worn out. Despite these negatives, the convenient location and attentive service stand out as the main positives.
