Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location near the beach, pier, and local attractions, consistently describing it as unbeatable and convenient. Many also appreciated the comfortable beds and some found the rooms spacious. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms and leftover items from previous guests. Negative feedback was also given for unreliable or non-existent Wi-Fi, outdated facilities, lack of hot water, and poor soundproofing. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others noted the absence of evening support and inconsistent service. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest asset, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance.
