Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as bugs, dirty rooms, and poor maintenance. Many also complained about the lack of promised breakfast, unhelpful or unprofessional service, and problems with amenities. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location and, in rare cases, found the rooms clean or the staff friendly. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed the positives.
