Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location close to attractions and amenities. Breakfast was generally appreciated, with several guests mentioning it as a highlight. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, maintenance issues, room size, and value for price. Some guests also noted problems with parking fees, safety concerns, and inconsistent amenities. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, there are areas needing improvement.
