Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and accessibility. Some reviewers found the beds comfortable and the breakfast acceptable. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and pest issues. Service and breakfast received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions of helpful staff but also several complaints about inattentiveness and lack of housekeeping. Overall, while the location and occasional comfort were appreciated, significant improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.

Cons (-) I was not not notified by phone before my arrival although they already knew my room was overbooked! They waited for me to arrive with my parents and toddler at 11 pm to tell me there hotel was full and my room had been overbooked. I was pissed, they sent me to another hotel 20min away.
