Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, mold, and unpleasant smells. Service was also a common concern, with reports of poor hospitality, unhelpful staff, and problems with room service. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate while others were disappointed by the lack of variety or quality. Bed comfort was another area of complaint, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or hard beds. Overall, while the location and occasional positive staff interactions stood out, the hotel struggled with cleanliness, service, and comfort.
