Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding location, with many highlighting its proximity to the Riverwalk and city attractions. Cleanliness and room comfort were also frequently mentioned as positives. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and poor communication. The cost of breakfast and parking, as well as unexpected fees, were common complaints, leading to concerns about value for price. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out, service and pricing issues detracted from some guests' experiences.
