Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was a highlight for many. Some guests appreciated the friendly and flexible staff, as well as the clean rooms and breakfast options. However, there were frequent complaints about uncomfortable beds and pillows, cleanliness issues with carpets and elevators, and occasional problems with service and amenities such as breakfast variety, air conditioning, and room supplies. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were positively noted, several areas need improvement.
