Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to the city center, train station, and major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel. Many reviews mention friendly and helpful staff, and some highlight the modern renovations and cleanliness of the rooms. However, noise from traffic and neighboring rooms is a frequent complaint, and several guests note issues with room comfort, such as uncomfortable beds and small bathrooms. The absence of an elevator and limited reception hours are also mentioned. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but improvements could be made in comfort and soundproofing.
