Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to shopping centers and local attractions. Some appreciated the spacious rooms and friendly staff, with a few positive mentions of comfortable beds and good value for money. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, including reports of insects and old linens, as well as dissatisfaction with the breakfast variety, bed comfort, and maintenance issues in the bathrooms and elevators. While the location and some aspects of service stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and room comfort.
