Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location and accessibility to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty linens and bathrooms, as well as a lack of basic amenities like towels, soap, and air conditioning. Service is often described as poor or inattentive, and several guests mention maintenance problems and a general sense of neglect throughout the property. While a few guests found the hotel comfortable and the staff friendly, the overall sentiment is negative due to recurring problems with cleanliness, amenities, and service.
